Minova Pension Trustee Limited (Trustee) is the Trustee of the Pension & Assurance Scheme of BMS Associates Limited and BMS Harris & Dixon Insurance Brokers Limited Pension and Life Assurance Schemes (Schemes).
Chairman’s Statement
In accordance with Regulation 23 of the Occupational Pension Schemes (Scheme Administration) Regulations 1996, as amended by subsequent legislation, the Directors of the Trustee are required to produce an annual statement covering the governance of the Retirement Account Plan (RAP) which is the Defined Contribution (DC) part of the Schemes and operated on a Defined Contribution basis. It explains how the relevant Schemes are meeting the governance standards that apply to occupational pension schemes that provide money purchase benefits (i.e. Defined Contribution schemes – DC).

Statement of Investment Principles
A Statement of Investment Principles has been prepared by the Directors of the Trustee in accordance with Section 35 of the Pensions Act 1995, as amended, and its attendant Regulations.
This Statement outlines the principles governing the investment policy of the relevant Scheme and the activities undertaken by the Trustee to ensure the effective implementation of these principles.

- If you were employed after 1st May, 2000, you will need to contact Standard Life Co., the Scheme provider, via telephone no. 0345 606 0093
You will need to provide your full name and National Insurance Number and possibly, your dates of employment.
