In an interview with Channel NewsAsia Money Mind, Sandra Lee, CEO of BMS in Asia, spoke to Khieng Yuit Chor on how Special Purpose Acquisition Companies (SPACs) can provide a viable alternative for local, home-grown Asian companies to list. However, the bar has been set high in Singapore so far.

There are many considerations for the country as it sets out its framework for SPACs in the coming months, with some of the most important being adequate education, security and insurance protections for investors.
