BMS has created a global Inclusion and Culture Council, chaired by our Group Chief People Officer, Ali Trauttmansdorff. The Council’s primary mission is to drive meaningful progress toward building an inclusive workplace. This effort is strengthened by the outstanding contributions of our regional subcommittees, which lead targeted initiatives at a local level.

BMS has forged strategic partnerships with the Equity City, the Insurance Cultural Awareness Network (iCAN), and Sou Seguros to foster inclusivity in our company and the wider community. And we’re proud sponsors of the Dive In Festival.

BMS offers inclusive leadership training through impactful sessions that empower employees to find their voice, with DEI experts leading interactive workshops on allyship, empathy, and communication.

BMS has created an inclusive recruitment toolkit to foster fair hiring processes and effective hiring decisions so we can identify and secure top talent. The toolkit includes promoting jobs, shortlisting applications, preparing for and conducting interviews, and navigating offer management.
