Tim heads-up BMS’ operations in Japan and brings to BMS a diverse experience working both as a lawyer and in sales for private equity portfolio companies, most recently before joining BMS as Associate General Counsel for a global private equity firm portfolio company.

Prior to that, Tim worked as Director, Indirect Sales, for a subsidiary of a financial services company, after several years there in legal leadership roles. Before going in-house, Tim worked in private practice for several years both in the TMT teams and M&A teams at leading law firms in Sydney and Tokyo.

Tim is fluent in both English and Japanese and has lived in Japan for 15 years.
