Jesper has 20+ years experience in global insurance and reinsurance across both underwriting and broking.

Prior to joining BMS, Jesper was Chief Executive for Aon Reinsurance Solutions in the Nordic and Baltic Region, servicing the needs of clients in 8 countries along with a team of approximately 45 colleagues.

Prior to this he worked as a Reinsurance broker in the London market for 10 years and subsequently in New Zealand for 4 years with a focus on Corporate clients across New Zealand.

Jesper has a deep understanding of the global market trends and insurer portfolio management which is essential to structure the most optimal solutions over time in the ever-evolving insurance market, across all non-life classes of business.

He has particular expertise in property and other asset-based insurances as well as a passion for alternative risk financing and hard-to-place risks, with a broad international network to deliver solutions to BMS clients.
