Dominic commenced working in the insurance industry in 1998, working in New Zealand and the United Kingdom in a variety of roles ranging from underwriting, claims and large account insurance broking.

Dominic's specialist area are managing insurance programmes for large enterprises, with particular focus on property and construction risk and insurance. Dominic joined BMS from a large insurance brokerage, where he led the delivery of complex insurance programmes to a variety of clients, most of whom Dominic worked with for more than 15 years.

Dominic seeks to understand his clients medium and long-term objectives, ensuring short term actions address the issues of the day but also support the building of robust risk and insurance solutions that help underpin his clients future plans.
