Chandini joined BMS from Mayer Brown International LLP where she spent four years advising private equity and corporate clients on cross-border M&A deals. She also gained experience in the insurance sector where she advised insurers regularly on warranty and indemnity policies. Prior to that, Chandini was an associate at Bird and Bird LLP where she advised private companies, large multinationals and investors on a range of corporate matters.
