Paul was Chief Executive of FMR Risk prior to their acquisition by Wesfarmers, and integration with Crombie Lockwood in 2011.
During the period Paul was CEO, FMR Risk grew to become the largest and most successful independently owned insurance brokerage with 5x revenue growth in the six year period to 2011.
Paul was a Director of Crombie Lockwood and both established and led their Corporate division servicing major global and national clients.
Paul has been involved in management, broking and underwriting roles in numerous territories, including Australia, United Kingdom, Germany and New Zealand.
