Launched in 2018, the BMS Innovation Lab was built as a response to the question posed by Insurtech – what does the future hold for insurance brokers?
Since then, it has created the blueprint for innovation at BMS. From idea, to research, to pitch, to pilot, the Innovation Lab supports and fast-tracks solutions.
These include partnering with BitSight to offer cyber insights through to clients in all lines of business, to adapting a niche CRM solution from shipping to insurance, to launching Idea Drop – a modern platform for crowdsourcing ideas and innovation.
These three examples touch upon the wide scope of the Innovation Lab; delivering new insights to clients, modernising our processes, and finding novel ways to enhance the long-established innovation culture at BMS.
