A glimpse into the future

For the second year running, Reactions has published its exclusive list of those with a bright future who could be leading the market in the next few years. This year saw the inclusion of  group financial director Paul Vincent.

Polling executive search specialists the world over for their opinions on who will be the industry's next big things. No limits on age or position on age or position were imposed. Reactions simply asked their trusted panel of headhunters who they thought had not yet reached their full potential, but who are heading to the top fast.

We are delighted that Paul Vincent, our finance director was included in this list. Before joining BMS, Paul Vincent worked at Lloyd's firm Cox Insurance Holdings. He joined Cox in 1998 as acquisitions manager and worked in a number of senior finance positions while there, including director of corporate finance.

He became group finance director of BMS on May 4 2006, replacing retiring finance director Ron Urquhart.
