Please note that the ownership of the BMS Group's shares in BMS Hellas has been transferred to the management of the company in Athens. The Management Buy Out has been led by existing Directors Gerry Tighe, Dimitris Tsesmetzolglou and Manolis Siatounis together with Stelios Assariotis (previously with Aon Turner). BMS Hellas is therefore no longer part of the BMS Group.
